She holds a Master of Arts in Counseling and has spent the last decade embedded in the mental and behavioral health industry, working closely with clinicians, operators, and leadership teams navigating growth under increasing pressure.

With six years dedicated specifically to business development, Angela has seen firsthand where traditional growth models break down—especially in regulated, trust-driven environments. She understands both sides of the system: the clinical realities of care delivery and the operational demands of building organizations that can scale without burning out their people.

Her work is grounded in a simple but often overlooked truth:
